Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Medical Terminology, CPT and ICD-10 coding strongly preferred.
• HIPAA and confidentiality knowledge required.
• Basic typing at 45 WPM and Windows proficiency.
• Cancer Center position may require Associate's degree or 2 years related experience.
• CHAA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients; collect demographics and insurance info.
• Verify eligibility and scheduling.
• Explain pricing and collect payments.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate documentation.
• Support revenue cycle across multiple facilities.
• Weekend standby rotation for ED team as assigned.
• Provide high level customer service.
