Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, collect copay/deductible amounts and explain consent forms.
• Assist patients with iPad check-in, troubleshoot and provide feedback.
• Recognize when language services are needed and coordinate accordingly.
• Distribute films/CDs while upholding HIPAA and privacy policies.
• Collaborate with technologists and radiologists to maintain patient flow.
• Process mail and prepare the next day's appointment setup.
• Verify and enter information into systems; maintain confidentiality.
• Respond to scheduling emergencies and support waitlists.
