Job summary

Fast Pace Health is seeking a Patient Care Specialist to deliver exceptional front-office support and patient registration in a fast-paced clinic environment in Red Bank, TN. You will manage patient intake, verify insurance details, and maintain courteous service while coordinating with nurses and providers.

The role requires basic PC skills and comfort with MS Office tools; CPR certification is preferred. Training and growth opportunities are available within a supportive team-focused culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; CPR certification preferred or required per role levels.
• Experience with patient registration, insurance verification, and front-office duties is a plus.
• Ability to use MS Office (Outlook/Word) and basic PC skills for daily clinic tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and discharge patients with courtesy and accuracy.
• Input patient demographics and insurance information at registration.
• Verify and update patient insurance details and collect co-pays/deductibles.
• Coordinate medical records and assist with back-office duties as needed.
• Maintain a clean reception area and support team with high-volume periods.
