Job summary

Fast Pace Health is seeking a Patient Care Specialist to provide essential administrative support in a clinical setting. You will greet and register patients, input demographics and insurance information, verify insurance, and collect payments while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will also assist with back-office tasks, coordinate with clinical staff, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. CPR certification and prior healthcare experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR certification preferred/required as per location.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred in healthcare or urgent care.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and discharge patients with exceptional Customer Service.
• Input patient demographics and insurance information accurately at registration.
• Verify and update patient insurance details and communicate co-pays/deductibles.
• Assist with back-office duties as needed within scope of practice.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and organization to ensure a professional environment.
