Beth Israel Lahey Health seeks a friendly, detail-oriented front desk/clerical team member for Primary Care. You will be the first point of contact for patients, handling calls, registrations, scheduling, co-pays, and billing while ensuring a welcoming and efficient patient experience.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year in a high-volume customer service role, with strong communication and computer skills to support daily operations.

Responsabilidades

• Handle phone interactions, registration, scheduling, co-pay collection and billing.
• Make appointment confirmation calls and coordinate patient flow.
• Represent the first impression of the office and support patient experience.
