Vision Innovation Partners is seeking a personable Patient Care Associate to join our team at the Waldorf location. The role covers front desk check-in/out, scheduling, and basic medical record handling in a fast-paced practice.

We value excellent customer service, clear communication, and attention to detail. Travel to the Waldorf location after training is required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

• High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Detail-oriented and ability to multitask.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Knowledge of electronic medical records software is a plus.
• Experience in healthcare is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus.

We are currently seeking a personable, energetic, professional Patient Care Associate to join our outstanding team! The Patient Care Associate is responsible for the Front Desk and greeting the patients as they enter the practice, check-in, check-out, scheduling, and other administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do:

• Greeting patients professionally, both in person and on the phone
• Quickly answering or properly referring questions and issues
• Optimizing provider schedules and patient satisfaction with efficient scheduling
• Notifying providers of patient arrivals
• Comforting patients by anticipating anxieties and effectively answering questions

Qualifications

$17 - $18 an hour

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as, but not limited to full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility, annual educational reimbursement, and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
