Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage registration and scheduling with high service level.
• Triage and route clinical calls to appropriate departments.
• Assist patients with forms, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby and work area.
• Escalate patient concerns to appropriate teams.
• Support billing processes and understand services offered.
• Enter referral data and manage patient records.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
