Job summary

United Urology Group is seeking a Point of Contact to support the office and physicians with minimal supervision. The role focuses on creating a positive first impression and efficient handling of patient messages and records.

Responsibilities include triaging calls, documenting in EMR, scheduling visits, and assisting with procedures, tests, and medication orders across multiple sites within the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of front office experience, preferably in a medical setting.
• Preferred: Prior Medical Assistant or prior patient assistance center experience.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently processes incoming messages (40-50 per day) from the PAC via Keona Health.
• Document messages in EMR for physician disposition.
• Contact patients to provide results, arrange treatment, or discuss status.
• Schedule appointments, local procedures, injections, and external labs/radiology.
• E-scribe medications per doctor preference and order tests.
