Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a Practice Coordinator to manage front office daily activities at our Draper, UT location. You will provide excellent patient service for in-person and telehealth visits, handle scheduling and payments, and support clinicians with administrative tasks.

Starting compensation is $20.25 per hour with potential quarterly bonus. This on-site role requires strong communication and multitasking to ensure smooth clinic operations at 172 East 14075 South, Suite 110 Draper, UT

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare operations, customer service, or similar role preferred.
• Associates/Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations and ensure smooth patient flow.
• Greet patients, check in/out, and answer phone and portal inquiries.
• Assist with scheduling, billing questions, and insurance verification.
• Support clinicians with administrative duties and documentation.
