Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor’s preferred.
• 1+ year experience in healthcare ops or customer service.
• Ability to multitask and work independently or as a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication; HIPAA familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk and greet patients; check in/out.
• Prepare patient schedules; ensure paperwork and demographics are accurate.
• Handle payments, billing questions, and insurance eligibility.
• Assist patients with telehealth access and portal issues.
• Support clinicians with administrative tasks and coordination.
