The starting pay is $20.25 per hour, with quarterly bonus potential and comprehensive benefits. You will support patient intake, scheduling, billing, insurance checks, and administrative tasks in a HIPAA-compliant environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare operations, customer service, or similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; HIPAA awareness.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive work environment and support staff engagement.
• Prepare patient schedules; ensure paperwork is complete and chart ready.
• Greet/check-in-out patients; assist with telehealth access and portal issues.
• Handle billing questions, collect co-pays; verify insurance eligibility.
• Coordinate with clinicians; audit appointment accuracy and maintain schedules.
