Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator in Texas to greet patients, guide them through their dental visit, explain treatment options and payment plans, and ensure a smooth, friendly experience from arrival to checkout.

You will work with a supportive team in a fast-paced environment, helping patients feel welcome, informed and cared for while coordinating scheduling and billing tasks.

Formación

• 1+ year in dental/healthcare/customer-service preferred.
• Knowledge of dental terminology preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greeting: Create a warm, welcoming environment and make every patient feel valued from the moment they arrive.
• Guiding: Support patients throughout their visit, including check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, insurance verification and answering questions about their care.
• Treatment Support: Help patients understand treatment recommendations, payment options and available financial arrangements.
• Patient Experience: Build trusting relationships with patients and help make their dental experience comfortable and stress-free.
• Communication: Answer phones, respond to patient questions and communicate clearly with patients, doctors and the dental team.
• Scheduling: Maintain an efficient schedule and help maximize opportunities for patients to receive the care they need.
• Gratitude: Show genuine appreciation for every patient and create an experience that makes them feel cared for and confident in choosing us.
