Job summary

Smile Brands Inc. in Allen, TX is seeking a Treatment Care Coordinator to create positive patient experiences using our G3 approach (Greeting, Guiding, Gratitude). You will welcome patients, assist with check-in/check-out, verify insurance, and help with appointment scheduling and payment options.

This role offers a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule, with PTO and a range of benefits. Prior dental experience and strong communication are valued as you guide patients through their visits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of dental experience
• Knowledge of dental terminology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service

Responsibilities

• Greeting: Create a welcoming atmosphere for patients and greet each patient with a warm welcome
• Guiding: Assist patients with check in/check out procedures (including insurance verification), schedule appointments, and provide information about services and payment options, guiding them through their visit with ease and professionalism
• Gratitude: Express appreciation to patients for choosing us for their dental care and treat everyone with respect and professionalism
