• Strong coordination and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and liaison skills.
• Ability to manage EPIC work queues and administrative workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple appointments and optimize scheduling across locations.
• Ability to provide detailed instructions and support to patients.
• Ability to facilitate effective communication between patients, physicians, and clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and coordinates appointments across departments and specialties.
• Manages waitlists and adjusts capacity for scheduling across locations.
• Confirms appointments and provides pre-procedure instructions.
• Tracks and validates patient records from outside organizations.
• Serves as liaison between patients, physicians, and clinical staff during appointments.
• Processes payments and reconciles daily financials.
• Coordinates surgical cases and OR block time.
• Outreach for new patient visits and transfer-of-care scheduling.
• Provides administrative support for clinic.
