Job summary

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of relevant experience in healthcare coordination or administrative role.
• Experience with scheduling, registration, referrals and pre/post-op processes.
• Knowledge of insurance verification, authorizations, and appeals.
• Ability to manage multiple appointments and communicate with patients effectively.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and coordinates appointments, including procedures and tests.
• Manages waitlists and opens appointment slots across locations.
• Confirms appointments and provides pre-procedure instructions.
• Tracks and validates patient records from outside organizations.
