Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or two years' healthcare coordinator experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of healthcare coordination or administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care across providers, specialties, and settings for chronic/high-acuity cases.
• Serve as liaison between patients, physicians, and clinical teams; triage calls and provide detailed information.
• Schedule surgeries, secure OR times, coordinate with supplier reps, and document accurately.
