Doctors of Physical Therapy in Chetek is seeking a full-time Patient Care Coordinator for the front desk. The ideal candidate will be patient-focused, friendly, and skilled at coordinating with patients, families and clinical staff to ensure a welcoming environment.

The position requires strong communication, organizational abilities, and familiarity with outpatient rehabilitation and medical terminology. Starting date is 10/12/2026 with potential for growth and stability within the clinic.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicate with patients, families, clinicians and departments.

• Assist with scanning, faxing and other clerical tasks.
• Collect copays and patient balances.
• Patient care assistance as needed.

Doctors of Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Patient Care Coordinator for our Chetek clinic. Ideal candidate will be seeking longevity with a growing company, be a self-starter, should possess excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills, this is important in order to build relationships with patients and the community in order to provide a welcoming environment. We anticipate a starting date of 10/12/2026.

Responsibilities include:

• Effectively communicate patients, families, team members, clinicians and all departments.
• Provides detailed instructions to patients for their visits.
• Reviews and evaluates patient charts for data entry accuracy.
• Work as a team to ensure we have an efficient working environment to ensure that calls are made timely to patients and referral sources.
• Familiarity with Outpatient Rehabilitation/Medical services and medical terminology.
• Scanning/faxing/other clerical duties
• Collecting copay's and patient balances
• Patient Care assistance as needed
• Strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of Insurance benefits

Must be available to work Monday through Friday and potentially a few very early evenings.
