• Greet patients and communicate with patients, families, team members, clinicians and all departments.
• Provide detailed instructions to patients for their visits.
• Review and evaluate patient charts for data entry accuracy.
• Work as a team to ensure an efficient environment and timely calls to patients and referral sources.
• Familiarity with Outpatient Rehabilitation/Medical services and medical terminology.
• Answer phones, patient registration/data entry, scanning/faxing and other clerical duties.
• Collect copays and patient balances; manage patient scheduling and scheduling management.
• Assist with Patient Care as needed; maintain strong organizational skills and knowledge of insurance benefits.
• Must be available to work M/W/Th 8-5p, F 8-12p.

This position will be part time with potential to move to full time status.
