Job summary

HearingLife is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to serve as the welcoming face of our nationwide retail clinics. You will help patients hear better by ensuring a positive experience, coordinating appointments, and supporting clinic operations to meet revenue goals.

Daily duties include greeting patients, handling 50-75 calls daily, verifying insurance, processing payments, and maintaining HIPAA standards while contributing to growth and development opportunities within HearingLife.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using technology, including scheduling software and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as the face of our retail clinics and ensure a positive patient experience.
• Support clinics to achieve revenue goals by attracting new patients and coordinating interactions.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls (50-75 per day) and schedule appointments.
• Verify medical insurance information and process payments.
• Maintain HIPAA standards and keep the office organized.
