HearingLife is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to act as the face of our retail clinics nationwide, delivering friendly, high-quality patient service. You will support the clinic to attract new patients, manage administrative tasks, and coordinate patient interactions to help more people hear better.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years in customer service or healthcare-adjacent roles, strong interpersonal skills, and comfort with scheduling software and EMR systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, administrative, or healthcare-related role.

Responsibilities

• You will act as the face of our retail clinics located around the country and in local communities.
• The Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) strives to ensure a positive patient experience and to help more people hear better.
• This role supports the clinic to achieve revenue goals by attracting new patients, managing administrative and operational functions and coordinating patient interactions and needs.
