Job summary

United Urology Group is seeking a Point of Contact (POC) to support the office and physicians with minimal supervision. The POC processes messages from the PAC via Keona Health, triages calls, and documents in EMR to aid physician disposition.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma, have at least two years in a medical front office, and possess strong typing and communication skills. Travel between regional sites is required; compensation is $18–$20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of two (2) years of front office experience, preferably in a medical setting.
• Preferred: Prior Medical Assistant or prior patient assistance center experience.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive, professional first impression of the practice.
• Process 40–50 messages per day from the PAC via Keona Health; triage calls and respond per policy.
• Document messages in EMR for physician disposition.
• Contact patients as directed to provide results, arrange treatment, or discuss status.
• Schedule appointments, local procedures, injections, labs, and radiology.
