• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits and manage appointment flow.
• Provide excellent customer service and welcoming experience.
• Make the clinic inviting and handle welcome calls.
• Monitor arrival rate and improve patient experience.
• Manage schedules and documentation efficiently.
• Oversee deposits, non-clinical docs, and overtime.
• Track caseload, discharge candidates, progress notes, and insurance reporting.
• Monitor clinic inventory and supplies.
• Attend required trainings and compliance sessions.
