BenchMark Physical Therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our Chesterfield, VA clinic. This entry-level role focuses on smooth daily operations and outstanding patient service.

The PCC-I supports the Clinic Director by managing referrals, scheduling visits, verifying insurance, collecting payments, and maintaining an inviting front office. You will learn clinic processes across multiple programs and help deliver a positive patient

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Team player with time management and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collect money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Make welcome calls and monitor arrival rate.
• Manage schedule, document routing, and deposits.
• Monitor clinic inventory and insurance reporting.
• Participate in required training.
