The PCC-I will work with the Clinic Director to support practice management and patient intake processes. Responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling referrals, verifying insurance, collecting payments, and maintaining an organized front office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask, organizational detail, ability to meet deadlines, work with little to no supervision.
• As a member of a team, must possess efficient time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Schedules new referrals from patients by fax or telephone.
• Verifies insurance coverage for patients.
• Collects patient payments.
• Maintains an orderly and organized front office workspace.
• Other duties as assigned.
