Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and discharge patients with exceptional service.
• Assist with back-office tasks as needed.
• Input patient demographics and insurance information accurately at registration.
• Verify and update patient insurance details at registration.
• Maintain knowledge of Medical Insurance Plans and co-pays.
• Coordinate medical records and support continuity of care.
• Cross-train on back-office clinical skills as required.
• Maintain clean, organized reception area.
