The PCC-I collaborates with the Clinic Director to ensure efficient procedures and a welcoming patient experience. The position requires strong communication, multitasking, and time-management skills, with opportunities

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Communication skills – must relate well to Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask, organize, meet deadlines, and work with little supervision.
• As a team member, possess efficient time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Make welcome calls and monitor arrival rate for a great customer experience.
• Manage schedule efficiently and handle document routing.
• Manage personal overtime and non-clinical documentation.
• Manage deposits and insurance reporting.
• Monitor clinic inventory and supplies.
• Attend required training with Territory Field Trainers and complete quarterly compliance training.
