The PCC-I collaborates with the Clinic Director to uphold mission and values while delivering excellent customer service and a welcoming patient experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and visitors in a friendly manner.
• Schedules referrals and patient visits by phone or fax.
• Verifies insurance coverage for patients.
• Collects patient payments and processes deposits.
• Maintains an organized front desk and clinic lobby.
• Supports clinic growth alongside the Clinic Director.
