• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
• Provide customer service and create inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Monitor arrival rate and ensure a great patient experience.
• Manage schedule, document routing, deposits, and non-clinical documentation.
• Attend required training and compliance sessions.
