This entry-level office role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, coordinating referrals, scheduling visits, and verifying insurance coverage.

The PCC-I works with the Clinic Director to maintain a smooth front office, handle non-clinical documentation, deposits, and inventory, and ensure a welcoming, organized patient

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Communication skills – must relate well to Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask, organize, meet deadlines, and work with little supervision.
• Team member with efficient time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Convert referrals into evaluations.
