Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Communication skills – relate well to Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask, manage details, meet deadlines, work with little supervision.
• Effective time management and presentation skills as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Make welcome calls to patients.
• Monitor arrival rate by delivering a great customer experience.
• Manage schedule efficiently and document routing.
• Handle deposits and non-clinical documentation.
• Monitor caseload and insurance reporting.
