Responsibilities

• Greets patients, schedules referrals and visits.
• Verifies insurance coverage for patients.

• Maintains an inviting, organized front office environment.
• Supports clinic operations and patient experience initiatives.
• Handles welcome calls and enhances arrival experience.
• Manages scheduling, document routing and non-clinical paperwork.
• Monitors deposits and inventory as needed.
• Attends required training and compliance sessions.
