Drayer Physical Therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our Lebanon, PA clinic. This entry-level role focuses on welcoming patients, scheduling referrals, verifying insurance, and handling payments in a fast-paced front office.

You will learn multiple computer programs, support clinic operations, and work with the Clinic Director to execute efficient processes, with opportunities for advancement in a growing organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to relate to office and field leadership.
• Able to multitask, manage details, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Efficient time management and presentation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greets clinic visitors in a friendly, welcoming manner.
• Schedules referrals and patient visits; verifies insurance coverage.
• Collects patient payments and maintains front office organization.
• Responds to inquiries and supports non-clinical documentation and deposits.
• Supports clinic growth in collaboration with the Clinic Director.
