Drayer Physical Therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our York, PA clinic. This is an entry-level office role focused on smooth daily operations and delivering excellent customer service.

The PCC-I supports the clinic by greeting patients, scheduling referrals, verifying insurance, collecting payments, and keeping the front desk orderly. It’s a team-based role with opportunities to learn and grow in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Communication skills – must relate well to Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask, organizational detail, ability to meet deadlines, work with little to no supervision.
• As a member of a team, must possess efficient time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
• Customer service and welcoming clinic atmosphere.
• Make all welcome calls and monitor arrival rate.
• Manage schedule efficiently, document routing, and non-clinical paperwork.
• Monitor deposits and insurance reporting.
