Mountain Land Physical Therapy Partners is hiring a friendly Patient Care Coordinator (Front Desk/Medical Receptionist) to join our outpatient clinic. You’ll manage scheduling and payment collection, creating a welcoming, efficient experience from check-in to check-out.

Training and mentorship are provided for both seasoned front office staff and newcomers to healthcare. Ideal candidates have front office or customer service experience, proficiency with computers, and strong communication

Qualificações

• Front office, medical receptionist, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using computers (Microsoft Office) and learning new software quickly.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and check in patients, creating a friendly and professional first impression.
• Manage provider schedules using scheduling software.
• Collect co-pays, co-insurance, deductibles, and private payments at time of service.
• Answer phones and respond to emails with excellent customer service.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality in all patient interaction.
