You will greet patients, schedule appointments, collect co-pays, and support accurate information flow while receiving training and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality in all patient interaction
• Keep the front desk and waiting area organized, efficient, and welcoming
• Assist with administrative tasks and accurate patient information updates as needed

The Position

Mountain Land Physical Therapy, in partnership with [Partner Company Name], is hiring a friendly, organized, and tech-savvy Patient Care Coordinator (Front Desk / Medical Receptionist) to join our outpatient physical therapy clinic in [Location].
