Mountain Land Physical Therapy Partners in Saint George, UT, seeks a friendly Patient Care Coordinator to manage front desk operations in our outpatient clinic. You will greet patients, schedule appointments, collect co-pays, and support accurate information flow while receiving training and mentorship.

In this full-time, on-site role, you’ll foster a welcoming environment, handle insurance and billing tasks, and collaborate with a caring team to support patients on their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Front desk / reception or customer service experience preferred
• Proficient with computers and learning new software quickly
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and multitasking ability
• Friendly, team-oriented, professional demeanor
• Willingness to learn and grow in a healthcare setting

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, creating a friendly and professional first impression
• Manage provider schedules using scheduling software
• Collect co-pays, co-insurance, deductibles, and private payments at time of service
• Answer phones and respond to emails with excellent customer service
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality in all patient interaction
• Keep the front desk and waiting area organized, efficient, and welcoming
• Assist with administrative tasks and accurate patient information updates as needed
