Job summary

Mountain Land Physical Therapy Partners is seeking a friendly, organized Patient Care Coordinator for our outpatient clinics in the Treasure Valley. In this front desk role, you’ll greet patients, schedule therapists, process payments, and help keep the office welcoming.

Training and mentorship are provided, with opportunities to grow into billing or clinic ops. You’ll use scheduling software, maintain HIPAA compliance, and contribute to a positive patient journey from arrival to checkout.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• Experience in front office, medical receptionist, or customer service preferred.
• Comfort with computers and learning new software.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, creating a friendly and professional first impression.
• Manage scheduling using scheduling software.
• Collect co-pays, co-insurance, deductibles, and private payments at time of service.
• Answer phones and respond to emails with excellent customer service.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality in all patient interactions.
• Keep the front desk and waiting area organized and welcoming.
• Assist with medical record updates and administrative tasks.
