Responsibilities

• Greets patients and guests with a friendly smile.
• Obtain accurate and updated patient information and insurance details.
• Perform insurance verification on the date of service.
• Schedule appointments and procedures in an organized manner.
• Answer incoming and outgoing calls promptly and courteously.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
