Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in a friendly, professional manner.
• Check in/out patients and collect copays.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information.
• Enter and update patient data across medical software.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; handle scheduling inquiries.
• Prepare paperwork and medical records for visits.
• Reconcile cash, daily reports, and balance accountability.
• Serve as liaison between patients, guests, and clinical staff.
