STAR Physical Therapy in Nashville, TN is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to be the voice and face of our clinics, handling front-desk reception, scheduling, inquiries, and insurance verifications while supporting the clinical team with light admin tasks.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, accuracy with documentation, and a friendly, efficient workflow to ensure a positive patient experience across our growing network.

Qualifications

• Education -- High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience -- 1+ years medical office receptionist experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and a general familiarity with Electronic Medical Record software, Raintree knowledge a plus.
• Understanding of Medical Insurance Verification & Authorization
• Excellent Communication skills both verbal & written.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates delivery of health care through customer service and administrative tasks.
• First point of contact for patients & customers; voice and face of STAR.
• Maintain pleasant flow in daily clinic operations; communicate with staff, physicians, patients and insurance companies.
• Maintain orderly treatment, reception, and storage areas.
