STAR Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to be the voice and face of our clinics. You will deliver excellent customer service, handle administrative tasks, and assist with patient care as the first point of contact for patients and payers.

In this role, you will maintain smooth daily operations, communicate effectively with staff, physicians, patients, and insurance companies, and ensure an orderly treatment and reception area.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1+ year medical office receptionist experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with EMR software (Raintree a plus).
• Understanding of Medical Insurance Verification & Authorization.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for patients and customers, serving as the voice and face of STAR!
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with administrative tasks and patient care.
• Maintain an orderly clinic reception and treatment area and communicate effectively with staff, physicians and insurance companies.
