Job summary

Ocala Eye is seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to greet patients, manage check-in/check-out, verify insurance eligibility, and coordinate appointments with a friendly, patient-first approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in a medical office setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients at check-in and ensure demographics and consents are collected.
• Handle patient check-out, post charges, collect payments, and schedule follow-ups.
• Provide exceptional patient interaction and maintain a warm, friendly demeanor.
• Verify insurance eligibility and estimate patient out-of-pocket costs.
• Demonstrate Ocala Eye's CARES values in daily duties.
