Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in medical/healthcare setting.
• Experience providing a high level of customer service in a fast paced environment, including handling confidential data with discretion.
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact, delivering exceptional service to patients and visitors in person and by phone.
• Act as a liaison between patients, providers, and care teams to ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Perform front and back-office duties including scheduling, registration, insurance verification, and updating demographic information.
• Maintain clinic efficiency through accurate documentation and EPIC workflow adherence.
• Support Providence's mission of compassionate, high-quality care.
