Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a medical/healthcare setting.
• Experience delivering high-level customer service in a fast-paced environment, handling confidential data with discretion.
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience, particularly with EPIC.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors in person or by phone.
• Act as a liaison between patients, providers, and care teams to ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Perform front- and back-office duties including scheduling, registration, insurance verification, updating demographics and patient support.
• Maintain clinic efficiency through accurate documentation and EPIC workflow adherence.
