Job summary

Inception Fertility LLC. in Miami seeks a compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to support patients through the fertility journey, acting as main contact and coordinating with care teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Medical Assistant experience strongly preferred.
• Minimum of one year of ADMINISTRATIVE experience in a MEDICAL OFFICE preferred.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system strongly preferred.
• Bilingual-Spanish a plus!

Responsibilities

• Interacts with patients to ensure excellent customer service and seamless experience.
• Articulates information of medical nature, including hormones, injections, tests, and procedures.
• Acts as main point of contact for assigned patients/couples through start of medications.
• Coordinates with outside physicians using CRM lab and retrieval services, ensuring documentation, orders and consents are received.
• Reviews patient records for completeness and accuracy; arranges missing tests as needed.
• Ensures all pre-cycle testing and procedures are completed and maintains contact with patient through pre-cycle process.
