Job summary

IVFMD - Miami is seeking a compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to join our Miami clinic full-time. You will interact with patients and ensure a seamless experience, explaining medical procedures and coordinating with physicians to prepare for treatment cycles.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, Medical Assistant experience preferred, and administrative experience in a medical office. Bilingual Spanish is a plus. We offer comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Medical Assistant experience strongly preferred.
• Minimum of one year of administrative experience in a medical office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with team to reach out to patients and ensure a seamless experience.
• Explain medical information including hormone medications and procedures.
• Serve as main contact for patients until treatment starts.
• Coordinate with outside physicians and ensure all documentation is received.
• Review patient records and ensure tests are completed.
