Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a positive and professional attitude.
• Place outbound calls to schedule follow-up tests and weekly evaluations.
• Collect patient intake forms and maintain files/notes.
• Complete benefit checks and insurance authorization.
• Provide first level patient support, check-in/out, processing payments.
• Assist with repairs under supervision of a licensed professional.
• Prepare bank deposits and submit daily reports to finance.
• Manage inventory and supply orders as needed.
• Assist with event planning and logistics for community outreach.
