Job summary

HearingLife in Goose Creek, SC is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to be the face of our retail clinics, delivering friendly, high-quality patient experiences and supporting clinic revenue goals. You will manage administrative tasks, patient scheduling, insurance data, and inventory while upholding HIPAA standards.

The role is full-time, in person, with competitive hourly pay and a monthly commission opportunity. Training and growth opportunities are offered within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of customer service, administrative, or healthcare-related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all patients and maintain high level of customer service.
• Inbound and outbound phone calls, 50–75 per day.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• PPI intake and processing.
• Collect and verify medical insurance information.
• Ordering and receiving office supplies.
• Payment processing and hearing aid supplies inventory management.
• Maintain office cleanliness and HIPAA compliance.
