The role emphasizes patient communication, HIPAA compliance, and teamwork with Hearing Care Professionals on site. The position requires a high school diploma (associates preferred) and 2+ years in a healthcare setting with strong Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• 2+ years in health care environment preferred.
• Previous customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a professional attitude.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Verify insurance benefits and details.
• Provide first level patient support and collect payments.
• Assist with event planning and community outreach.
• Maintain patient files and intake forms.
• Process orders and manage inventory as needed.
