Job summary

HearingLife is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to be the face of our retail clinics nationwide, located in Goose Creek, SC. You will help patients hear better by supporting clinic revenue goals, coordinating patient interactions, and handling administrative duties with care.

Ideal candidates bring 1-2 years in customer service or healthcare-adjacent roles, strong communication and organization, and comfort with scheduling software and EMR systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years in customer service, administrative, or healthcare-related role.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable using scheduling software and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all patients with high levels of service.
• Handle 50-75 inbound/outbound calls daily.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• PPI intake and processing.
• Collect and verify insurance information.
• Order and receive office supplies.
• Process payments and manage hearing aid inventory.
• Maintain office cleanliness and HIPAA compliance.
